To track your ShiMeraki order:

For international shipments or consolidated tracking, we recommend using 17Track, a reliable third-party tracking service that works with most carriers worldwide.

- Click "Track" to view real-time updates
Tracking FAQs
Why isn't my tracking information updating?
Carriers typically update tracking information every 24-48 hours. If there's no update after 3 business days, please contact our customer support through your account dashboard.
My tracking shows delivered but I haven't received my package
First, check with neighbors or your building management. If still missing, please contact the carrier directly using the information in your tracking details.
How long does shipping usually take?
Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days domestically and 7-21 days internationally.
